Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
CPP is the exclusive publisher of the world's most trusted and widely used personality assessment. Learn more

Since graduate school, Zelma has been an enthusiastic proponent of Carl Jung’s ideas on personality type. Finding the MBTI® to be the most thoroughly researched and best key to unlocking and using Jung’s concepts, Zelma has utilized the many resources of the MBTI® in helping people understand themselves and how they interact with others. The Center for Applications of Type has recognized her as a master practitioner who has written considerably about the use of the MBTI®. Also certified to administer Step II, the instrument that examines the 16 preference facets, she was in the original group to be certified to administer Step III.

To experience the advantages of the MBTI® or to use in your organization, contact Zelma. For an in-depth application, consider Step II or Step III. For more information, send an e-mail to z@zelmalansford.com

Type Talk at Work, Kroeger, 2002
Another useful and entertaining resource, Otto Kroeger’s work is effectively studied one chapter at a time, beginning with the reader’s own type description. Since much time is needed to think about and absorb the concepts, reading an additional chapter of interest each month can be a great way to cover the book without being overwhelmed by all of the various descriptions.

Katherine and Isabel: Mother’s Light, Daughter’s Journey
For an insightful look at the story behind the MBTI® and Carl Jung’s concepts, the biography of the two incredible women is an intriguing account.
