Zelma
Lansford works nationally in individual and organization development.
She earned a doctorate from the University of Tennessee and was
an adjunct professor in the UT system, teaching graduate classes
in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She worked for the Tennessee
Valley Authority until beginning a consulting business in 1988
and has since served a wide range of business, manufacturing,
healthcare, and government clients, including the National Park
Service, where she worked at the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island,
Thomas Edison, Yosemite, Glacier, Grand Canyon, and the NPS Fire
and Aviation Management. Zelma is zealous in finding easy, practical
ways to enable individuals and organizations to enhance their
effectiveness. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
